I have my tattoo touch-up appointment in a couple of weeks, and one of the things I'm considering is getting some blue added to the nib end of my pen. My artist suggested that I print out a colour copy of my tatt and colour it with coloured pencils to see how I liked the depth of colour there, but I have neither a colour printer nor coloured pencils, and I have a million deep blue eye makeup options, so I just coloured on the tattoo itself and took pictures of that. It seemed much more expedient. I'll probably colour it again a few times between now and then to see what I think of it in different lights and stuff, but I wanted to do a straw poll too, and see what other people thought. So here we are.

I have somehow ended up having a conversation about these topics with four different people in the last two days, so I decided it's time for a poll. Plus, POLL! What's not to love? Polls are FUN! I made it so no one can see who says what, so you can answer honestly, with no embarrassment, because I promise not to judge you, no matter what.

I know I used the dreaded radio buttons for some of the questions, but you can just answer with how you most often feel. (and if you're both and artist and a writer, or whatever, and the answers would be totally different, you can pick one medium if you want) It doesn't have to be for every time; I know there will always be outliers, and there is always space in the comments box if you want to explain. I have comments set to screened, but will reply (and thus unscreen) unless you say "keep screened" in your subject line or the comment itself.

I am having a stupidly irritating afternoon. I just burned my hands on molten cheese, and I just opened my DVDs from netflix, only to discover that when I put Mad Men on my queue I moved season two up to the top instead of season one, so I got the first disc of the second season today.

However. Stupid irritations are fairly minor when it comes down to it. *moves on*

I've narrowed down the possible fonts for my fandom/affirmation tattoo down to my favorite three, and now I seek the learned opinion of you fine people. Which one do you like best? Or should I keep looking?

I don't love the horror genre, really. But I do love Jim Beaver and I really wanted to see Katie Cassidy do something other than play Ruby in a weirdly truncated season of SPN.

I watched the first several episodes and then I went away for a month. Only one episode taped while I was gone. I managed to get some, hopefully all, of the episodes I missed, and watched a couple of them. I got spoiled for who died in an episode I didn't watch. Now I am not sure where I am, but think I have at least one more ep I need to watch on my computer before I can get to the ones on my DVR.

I generally liked what I have seen so far, but I wouldn't say LOVED. I've seen some posts indicating not much love for the final episode, though thankfully have NOT been spoiled.

I've seen a few warnings lately about so-and-so topping or bottoming and read a few comments about how someone won't read a fic if one or the other character is the top or the bottom, and it's made me curious.

So the idea is you pick your favourite three (or a random selection of three) OTPs (and yes, I understand that the O stands for one *g*), and use them for the poll. If you only have one or two, just answer one or two sections.

I encourage conversation in comments, because I'm sure the questions don't cover all people might have to say on the subject.
