I had one of those days yesterday where I wanted to punch everyone in the throat. I was trying to download Pink's greatest hits album before work, and ran out of time and left late, just throwing my iPod at my chair to let it finish while I was gone, and then there was a car in front of me going 15 mph in a 35 zone, and then she randomly stopped short and put on her left turn blinker, and then there was tons of traffic on the freeway and... yeah. I had a pretty good day at work, but there was a ton of traffic on the way home, and I'd had a text from blue_soaring so I knew I was missing Adam humping Tommy and Tommy rubbing his face on Adam's crotch, and I wanted to see it and the cars would not MOVE and I was starving... and then I got home and looked at vids and was trying to heat up my soup and my bread, forgetting that I cannot use the microwave and toaster at the same time because it blows a fuse, and so I did, and it did, and so then I had to call 10 stores to find one that was still open and sold house fuses of the kind I needed... And then Will Shuester is THE MOST ANNOYING CHARACTER ON EARTH and ruined Glee for me... and I went to bed grumpy. And woke up at 5:20, still grumpy, and I don't want to be grumpy anymore. So instead of focusing on the early hour or the car alarm happening, I'm making a list of things that are awesome today. Because there are many, even at 8:42 am.

♥ When you wake up at 5:20, lots of awesome can happen before 8:42 in the morning.

♥ The only thing better than seeing Adam in London with awesome fangirls is seeing him with EVEN MORE awesome fangirls.

♥ Fangirls have so many genesis stories. I LOVE genesis stories. Whether it's how/when someone came to a fandom or pairing, or ship fiction, or friendship formation or the discovery of writing/vidding/arting... I love them all.

♥ Frozen mixed berries + nonfat greek yogurt + protein powder = most amazing breakfast ever.

♥ tweets from people I adore.

♥ ONE YEAR ago last night, the Adam Lambert fandom got the first pictures of Tommy Joe Ratliff, and a very shiny ship set sail. I was late to the party, but I'm still celebrating.

♥ Leans and hair pulling have led to pecks on the lips, and tongue licks, and kisses, and now full-on making out on stage.*

Today I have found much to delight me on the internetz, and so I thought I should share some of it.

1. dauntdraws drew me more Sam and Dean ponies!!! I am very excited about this for many reasons. Not least because they are for MEEEEEEEEEEE and that is always fun :D But also, I LOVE LOVE LOVE SPN Ponies. Love them. And these ones make me do that thing where you grin so hard your shoulders go up around your ears and your head tilts and your neck and nose scrunch up and you look ridiculous, but you don't care because you are happy and something is SOCUTEOMG.

2. ash48 and maichan808 finished their amazing new vid and it really is AMAZING. We have some RIDICULOUSLY talented people in the SPN fandom.

3. The teamcockbert community. IDEK. It's hilarious, and kind of jaw-dropping in that way that Adam Lambert manages so effortlessly. Mostly this post has been getting my attention. It's just a massive huge post that lists a whole bunch of guys one might pair Adam with, with a picture and then information about his occupation and whether or not he's actually met Adam in the flesh as it were. I just spent the last hour looking through it. In the George Clooney entry there is a link to fic, and that is awesome, too. Also awesome, this post which has pictures of men in kilts and some kilt sex fic. om nom nom. I'm going to guess that pretty much everyone on my flist who might care that this comm exists already knows that this comm exists, but just in case...
