Looking at this, I really feel like I've really seen a lot of the country!

I spent last night catching almost up on SPN. I watched the last three episodes, so I've only last night's to watch now. I enjoyed them all much more than I did the first half of this season, and LOL MISHA COLLINS. I also watched Monday night's Castle, and just have to say again that I am SO FREAKING GLAD this show exists. It's hilarious without being a comedy and Nathan and Stana have the most amazing chemistry, and it's exciting and moves me to tears sometimes but not too often, and just... yeah. I enjoy it. Also loving White Collar and Southland like air.

aaaaaand I've just realized that my kitchen clock is five minutes slow, and I am seriously running late for work. bbl!

Damn it, I forgot SPN was on, AGAIN. Even though I sat down last night to watch it and it wasn't on then. WRONG NIGHT IS WRONG.

I think this will resonate if you've ever had a job, but especially if you've ever been in grad school in any capacity which involved doing someone else's research. It's tragic and hilarious all at once.

I am trying to be productive on my one day off this week. So far I have done a load of laundry (which I started at 6:45 in the hopes of getting the machine, and I still had to take someone's clothes out of the washer to put mine in. 1 washer and 1 dryer for 19 apartments is not enough), washed dishes, scrubbed the kitchen sink, and written another 500 words of fic. I think it might be nap time since I woke up at 4:38 when the cat decided to start charging around the apartment and his route went right across my chest. Then more writing.

I think last night's White Collar was one of my favourites ever. Here's to a show that seems to be endless good times. I haven't watched Southland yet, because while it is also amazing, it is not so much good times, and last night I was in the mood for good times.

So I watched the pilot of the re-cast Being Human, and I didn't like it at all. I actually liked the new actors a lot, but I felt like they took everything I liked about the original pilot and replaced it with lots and lots of telling rather than showing. It was mostly tedious and irritating. Does it get better? Should I watch more or just send the discs back and watch something else instead? Given I've cut back on my TV watching by about 80% in the last six months, I don't feel like watching things just to watch them. I am thinking of cutting back to one disc at a time from Netflix anyway, and am kind of addicted to Burn Notice at the moment.

well fuck. I just realized that it's Friday night, again, and I haven't watched SPN, again. Because clearly moving nights was made of evil.

And now it's coming on for midnight, and I have to work all day tomorrow, and I'm not watching it now. WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK. SERIOUSLY. For once I was even home.

First of all, I had the most amazing time watching SPN last week with fangirls at Wincon. I got to watch with one fangirl tonight which eased me back into the real world a little bit.
