I watched it tonight... and I really liked the super hero dance. Just awesome!

I didn't like the disco dance (Sparkly silver outfits) that everyone seemed to like. There were some neat parts to it but it just didn't appeal to me.

I loved the super hero dance, and also the one she did for the boys. I just adore the way she uses stilted movement to look fluid and elegant. I don't even understand how she does it :D

she really is. And yes. omg so much fun. MELISSA IS BUTTERCUP! IDEK. AMAAAAAAAAAAAAZING.

and I loved the routine she did with the guys too. I just can't get over how she makes all those awesome stilted movements look so flowy at the same time.

I absolutely ADORE Sonya. Her brain is an amazing place--her choreography inspires me to move. Also, she is SO nice, I took a workshop with her about a year and a half ago she is one of the most fantastic teachers. She gets down off the platform to demonstrate and help you. And she'll bend you in ways you never thought your body could go (and I'm not even being a little dirty). :P

I am THRILLED to hear that IRL she is as nice and amazing as she seems on TV. Something about her strikes me (as a non-dancer) as embodying the reason that dance is important to the world.

On a totally shallow note, oh, how I would like her to bend me in ways I never thought my body could go. (and I'm being really dirty) ;P
