Also, she did not get nommed for an emmy, and many people are upset about that.

I just. I LOVED Evan at the beginning. but he has not proven to be as good a dancer as the other boys, and I know it's America's favorite dancer, but damnit, He should NOT STILL BE IN AT THIS POINT. And I have to right to talk because I don't vote for these shows (even when I am not at the movies) but still. eeef. I'm afraid that out of Ade and Kupono, though, I prefer it was Kupono. I think he is amazing. Absolutely. Especially since Mia's dance. But I somehow feel more excited for Ade's dancing.

And Cat dresses herself. She loves vintage clothing shopping, and finding amazing and quirky things that are great bargains in consignment and second hand shops. Last night I was totally imagining her coming out of the dressing room in the store and doing a twirl and her boyfriend saying, "Honey, it looks like a sack." And her countering with, "But you always tell me I would look fabulous in a potato sack," and he has to shrug and agree. Because he did.

OMG I ALMOST DIED WHEN MELISSA WAS IN THE BOTTOM TWO. MY HEART! Ricki was so adorable with her little cute hair and her huge grin. I think she will do well for herself.

Yes! Evan was adorable, and I think it was the brother thing. They were cute, and the cuteness faded without the brother, and he was kept when others should have stayed, instead.

Ade is the better dancer. I just wish Kupono had gotten one more week out of the show, because I'm selfish and he is JUST SO PRETTY.

Sigh. Cat is too tall for those clothes! She needs them specially made, or something.

HOLY CRAP, MELISSA. Ricki? Randi? I never really liked her, at all. I can't stand perpetually smiley people; I start wondering who they've got buried in the backyard. Melissa's gonna be cut next week, though, if she doesn't do something besides ballet, or en pointe, or whatever it's called, in her solo. It's freaking GORGEOUS, and she's brilliant at it, but America's gonna go for the cutesy rather than the elegant. She's SO beautiful, though, god.

Melissa better not be cut next week. I really hope that she heard that message from Mary and brings it. Because she is so totally amazing and gorgeous and adorable and funny and I think a really really talented dancer. BUT. I don't actually want any of the other girls to go, either. I so badly wish they would keep all the top ten for the last 5 weeks and just do a cumulative points thing. and the one with the most votes at the end of it all wins.

HAPPY AT LAST!

I was sad that Kupono left instead of Evan. I think Evan is adorable, but he is not as good or as versatile dancer, and obviously I can't say, but it doesn't seem like he works as hard at putting himself into the dancing as the others. I feel a little like he's skating on his adorable-factor. I almost cried when Melissa was at risk. But I think Ricki was the right one to go home of the girls.

i've just never like kupono at all. he annoys the hell out me. and the way he dresses.....eeeesh! not a fan.

i was upset to see melissa in the bottom two also. i adore her so, so much. she's a beautiful and beautiful dancer. and damn, last night was the first time i noticed her thighs and how muscular they are. so much power and control inthose legs.

i like thighs. mmmmm.......

randi always reminded me too much of renee z as roxy hart in chicago. and the chick in heros, hayden what's her face.

I've liked Kupono since he cut his hair. I had totally forgotten about his hair at the auditions until they showed his "best bits" last night.

oh! and i LOVED the dance travis choreographed for jeannette and jason. it made me all faklepmt.

Travis' dance was both totally moving and totally sexy. Great combination. and they danced it so gorgeously. I really cannot get over how amazing this season has been overall. It's seemed like they ended up with like 15 dancers of the quality of the top 5 from last year. (I haven't seen other seasons, so can't compare)

The opening number was SICK!

As much as I like Evan, I thought that he would have been the one to go, considering that he hasn't grown that much as a dancer...but his solo might have saved him with the viewers. He is spectacular at his own style.

I am sad that Kupono is gone, but his paso wasn't fun to watch for me. I was taking notes during the performance and I wrote, "kind of a mess. i don't believe it for a second. it looks forced." And I noticed that Nigel didn't get any sort of negative reaction (or any reaction at all, really) from the audience when he said it fell flat. And between him and Ade, I would pick Ade because he really is a more versatile dancer and a stronger partner.

Randi was grating on me, so I'm kinda glad she's gone. :-)

As far as the performance show went, Jason grew on me by leaps and bounds. He had always been sort of a non-entity to me before. Goes to show what the right partner can do for your performance. His chemistry with Jeanine (who I have always loved) was crazy. And that was such a brilliantly gorgeous piece. And mad props to Jason for having now kissed TWO of the girls on stage...although was it just me or did he and Jeanine sort of approach making out territory? And I really liked his solo, too.

I have always and will always love Travis Wall to distraction. Did you ever see the pics of him in drag? He makes a very pretty girl.

HAHA I feel like I could talk about this show forever, so a lot to say is GOOD :D

Jason. omg. I have never really liked him much. never disliked him, but I don't "love his face" the way Mary thinks I should, and he just kind of was there. But WOW. He and Jeanine were just astounding. That dance was incredible, and (not that I know much about dancing, but) it really felt like a dancer's dance. Some of the pieces seem more like the choreographers are trying to prove something, but that was just JOY on stage. I totally want to dl the season Travis was on, now. I have only seen S1 and the last season. And yes. He and Jeanine were definitely approaching making out territory!

I did not see pics of Travis doing drag. I shall have to investigate!

I've started watching season two. I stayed up until nearly one so I could get to the end of Vegas week and see all the auditions. I wanted to get them out of the way. I am not sure why I didn't just SKIP THEM. OH YEAH. CAT DEELEY.
