River Tam (Firefly/Serenity). The woman can kick a man in the head. Even when he's standing directly behind her. Come on!

Sydney Bristow (Alias). Again with the kicking. And the guns. And the tiny tiny skirts. And all those wigs. I mean, things would never ever get boring.

Willow Rosenberg (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). Preferably the vampire version. But I'm happy with the witch as well.
