Awww! Dude what is it about baby birds and mice? They're . . . not as attractive as baby cats and dogs. But so cute!

they're eucalyptus leaves. the pigeons seem quite keen on them. that, or there are no other choices :D

that bird is hideous. but still kind of adorable. they are not like kittens, for sure.

Oh I love the smell of eucalyptus. LOL . . . never actually seen the tree, though. :)

ROFL . . . well I didn't want to say the bird was hideous just in case you thought it was the cutest thing since . . . well Jared is the only cute thing I can think of right now. :) But now that you mention it I'm not going to argue. That's like baby mice . . . just not so attractive, you know?

I'm thinking from the fact there is an egg half on the balcony and that's tinier than I saw the other ones and there is another egg still there that I was pretty much just in time. *awaits more news*

there is an egg half on the balcony which I imagine is from the hatched one, so I'm thinking the other isn't hatched yet. hopefully it's okay. I don't want to disturb them too much to see.
