Do you ever have that thing where you're watching an old movie that you last saw years ago and you're stunned to find it filled with actors you've come to know well from other things?

Die Hard 2 is today's selection. William Sadler (who I know best from Roswell) is in it. Stark bollocks naked. And holy hell is he ripped. If he has 5% body fat I'd be surprised. Then he puts his clothes back on and just looks like a normal guy again.

Next up was Robert Patrick, though he only just walked past. Then Dennis Franz as the airport police Captain. We also have John Leguizamo.

Bruce Willis should not have hair. It looks strangely wrong. I'm too used to him with his bald/shaved head. Either way he's not my type, but I do understand the attraction.

eta: omg there is so much swearing in this movie! Clearly they weren't trying for a PG rating.

Have you ever watched Moonlighting (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088571/)? He has almost a full head of hair! *hehehe* :D

have I ever watched Moonlighting... ahhh. That was my first ever what I would now call fandom. I watched OBSESSIVELY and talked about it all the time, and never missed an episode and I used to watch it over the phone with my boyfriend at the time :D so much love for that show. Apart from how it's pretty much unwatchable now.

Oh I love playing 'oh hey it's *insert name here*'!

I have just realised that I haven't seen any of the Die Hard movies.

WHAT???? You really need to see the first one and the latest one. the middle two suck arse. But you can't beat the first one for cheesy 80s goodness and Alan Rickman in what may be his finest role ever.

Bruce Willis + hair = clearly wrong. He's one of the few white guys who can really pull off a bald head, and he should use it to its full advantage.

Hi River's. Long time, no type. I'm kinda coming back from the land of the dead, but I'm going to try to make LJ a more constant thing. I miss it.

Oh, and I had such a crush on Robert Patrick as a teenager. I didnt know that he was in this.

HELLO!!!!!!!!!! Come back to us!

OMG this film is so bad. SO BAD. do not watch. Robert Patrick is hardly in it. To make up for its badness, I'm watching T2.

That's totally been happening with me lately! Except for that it's usually just an older movie that I've never seen before or totally wasn't paying attention to the first time I watched it. I was watching the newer version of Freaky Friday the other day, because nothing else was on. And Chad with ridiculously long, emo hair was in it.

CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAD.

William Sadler alfdla;ckfj. God I love him.

He's the only reason I watched CSI the one time.

his BODY! I just... do not even know. I always thought of him as just kind of, well, guy shaped. but in 1990, at least, he was like Jared at his very height of fitness. Only shorter. my god.

LOL!

This post made me laugh so much!

What's wrong with our Brucie with hair? He looks so cheeky and cute in Moonlighting. Gotta love it!

And I love watching old movies and spotting people in them. Holes was on the other day and it had a very young Shia in it with the worst hair imaginable. Hilarious!!

I fear I can never watch Holes again, which is sad, because I love that movie, but after watching T2 and finding it extremely disturbing that I found 14 year old Eddie Furlong hot, and knowing how I look at Shia now, and even with that hair.... *sigh*

I first saw William Sadler as The Grim Reaper in Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey. :-) I have loved him for years.

He was also FANTASTIC as the dad in Wonderfalls.
