WHAT THE HELL?

MY DVR HAS BEEN TAPING REPEATS OF ROBIN HOOD ALL EVENING AND NOW THAT S2 HAS STARTED, IT ISN'T TAPING!

I am furious. especially given it said it is set to record. I've missed the first nearly ten minutes. how could it do this to me?

I hate to say this, River, because you and your DVR have been through a lot together... but lately, I have noticed you two have been having problems. Now and then, the DVR seems to be... rebelling. Do you think that you both feel the same way about the shows you are watching/taping together? Are you sure you are truly compatible?

my dvr has caused trouble since the day it arrived. but it's the one that comes with my satellite so...

you can only set it by setting it, and it's set. course, this was set too. but believe me, I'm staying up til midnight to make sure it's taping! *g*

omg someone else who watches Robin Hood! I'm getting the first series from Netflix, but I've already watched almost all of the second because the internet is awesome, and I couldn't help myself. I could hook you up with a way to get it, if you'd like.

I have a very shaky relationship with our DVR. It definitely prefers some programmes to others, and sometimes acts out of pure spite.

Though it was my 'can't read a TV guide' stupidity that made me miss the first half of the two part ending but think I was watching the first part anyhow.

You won't properly understand for a few weeks, but imagine my disappointment when it ended an hour before I expected it to!

Hope the tempramental machine didn't spoil your enjoyment too much.
