what the fuck drugs were they on in the writers room? FAT CHILDREN? with a little single tooth?
I cried from the second Rose turned around, cried harder still when she faded and was sobbing by the time the granddad was dancing.
I'm still not sure about la Tate, but we'll see.
ROSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
*weeps everywhere*

When Rose turned round it felt like I was kicked in the chest and I welled up. When she flickered and faded? OMG DED.
Those fat babies freaked me the hell out.

But Rose! EEE! I'd love to see a return of her... Or perhaps for the Doctor to have a picture of her hidden away somewhere... And for Donna to recognise her....

I'm indifferent about the fat children, but it seems like the majority of who fans are going happily ga-ga over them!
I really enjoy and love Donna cos I guess I can relate to her more than the other companions. *coughmiddleageddorkcough* But that said, of course ROSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

The Rose appearance knocked me for six as well. Completely unexpected. She did look like she might be a little eeevil though.

I did like Donna much better in the second ep. she was a bit... wet in the first one.
I never even saw the Catherine Tate show, just the ads were enough to get my hackles up. Donna seems okay though.

I liked the general plot of the second episode better. I found the whole dilema of a fixed point versus fluid point in history interesting. And I am liking the Dr/Donna dynamic quite a lot.

I did like the fat babies though. Oh, they were so cute :)
Jury's still out for me on Donna, but I don't mind her at the moment. I just want Martha back!

Like you, I find the whole lack of OST just perfect. It always seemed a bit blobbed on, particularly with Martha. She seemed too sensible and grown-up to be so carted away by her loins.
Though clearly I bow before all fandom when it comes to Rose. It helps that I find Billy P very likeable.
The Adipose were fun. It was nice not to have them turn into scary, slimy horror-thugs by the end!
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed.

i hated Billie when she was the not very talented pop-star married to the creepy ginger kiddie fiddler, but she's a great actress and wholly lovable now.
