Author’s Notes: I meant to watch some more of the show and then tie my idea for a sequel into canon, but I’ve got more canon than I can handle, so this goes off AU after around 1x05 so I could fit in what I wanted to. This is what my flu-mind felt like writing, so… here you go.

*sigh* I was going to get into Heroes fic, I was just going to watch all the episodes first.

I got to 1.16, then the site I was watching them off got shut down. and now it feels like every Heroes mention is actually a silent mockery of me.

Exactly the same thing happened to me with KKM, but I did eventually get to watch all that, so I'm hoping that this is just a temporary set back, and that in a few months, I'll be able to say, 'Hey, River, I'm up-to-date on Heroes now - want to rec me some Heroes slash?'

It's going to be good. *nods*

well this one is by a fellow uk-er and doesn't spoil anything after the beginning of S1, so you could read this... :)

I don't actually read much heroes. Just one or two authors. But I read everything regardless of fandom by paperclipbitch, cos she rocks my world, so of course I had to read this one :)

I found Heroes strangely non-addictive as far as fanfic goes. Possibly because they are not Sam and Dean and I only have one OTP at a time. ;)

but do read this. And if you like torchwood, read her torchwood fics. She got me all into the show. though not into the fandom.

Her Torchwood fic makes me squee all over the place.

I've never really gotten into Heroes fic... I don't know why... some of my fave authors write it, but I never feel compelled to read it... hmmm...

(hey, can you leave me a comment when you finish that Beta, cos I'm on a computer that doesn't let me go to email, so I'll have to switch when you're done.)
