I'm also unfucking my habitat, it is very slow going but I am making progress, which is hard because of my 13 year old boy... Currently his stuff is across 50% of the dining table... oh well he is very artistic. :)
I bought two things to make me happier about dusting. 1, which is boring but awesome in its own way, is those green microfiber dusting cloths, which can be washed, and they hold the dust so that it doesn't fly around and get up your nose. 2, which is only awesome, is this amazing good smelling organic polish that I get at my local organic store. It has essential oils of lemongrass and lime and I spray it on purpose it smalls so good. :D Howard Naturals Wood Cleaner and Polish.... so now many of my downstairs surfaces are dustfree, which is a great thing for me because of my dust allergy which wars against my love of *things*. Dusting has moved out of the intensely hated list of chores into the weekly enjoyment of taking care of my things and smelling a very good smell. :D
