I think we're on 2:7 anyway. I'm kinda losing track...

There are NO WORDS for how much West needs to die. For fuck's sake. I'm seriously starting to wonder if the writers have actually ever... I don't know. It's half past one in the morning and I just had to go pick my parents up at the airport and I'm very tired. But Claire is a bright, determined kid. Or she always was. Now just what the hell is she doing? West, you're creepy and rude and shouldn't have come over. I think I'll kiss you as a reward. WTF? And yeah, the first little peck was a dodge so she could tip over the photograph, but then she was perfectly happy to lie there and snog him. *shakes head*

and Mohinder. Mohinder... what the HELL are you doing? I have this clear vision in my head of Sendhil reading the script and wondering if his superhero power was multiple personality disorder and mental retardation. I love Mohinder. Don't get me wrong. But in the last few episodes he's been horrifyingly inconsistent. Doing things that just come across as completely out of character.

Matt. I love Matt. I love Greg, I have from his first scene in Alias, and he's done nothing to dissuade me since. He was rocking his powers big-time and loving Molly and he was totally my hero in tonight's episode.

Hiro. I thought they should have played up the cutting out his own heart a little more to make the tale work better. Except that I also wanted him to be just that glad to see Ando again.

Sark, Andy, whatever your name is, please, for the love of slasher fangirls everywhere, will you fuck Peter's brains out? Or perhaps back? Yeah, you can fuck him and he'll remember the sensation, and realize that he has men to get back to in New York, and that the irish bird was just a passing phase. Damn, though. David/Milo is teh pretty. And with the healing powers they have? the sex could go to a whole dirty place.

Speaking of the irish bird, Caitlin. Honey, they've done you wrong. You were kind of looking like a pretty kick-ass character for a minute there, and now you're screaming and weeping and abandoned in the post-apocalyptic future. Is it just me, or are the women on this show losing their autonomy at a rate of knots?

Good to see Molly up and about. I really liked what they did with her in the scene in the fugly 70s room.

Nathan. Darling. You need to have a little word with the people in hairdressing. Just saying.

There's a lot I love about this show, but most of it is back in S1. I'm kind of feeling like they need to pull their shit together. They've got a phenomenal cast trying to do their best for the team, but consistency with characterization is becoming a huge problem. I think they are sacrificing coherency to the god of mystery. I don't think it's a good plan. I accidentally saw some of the trailer for next week. Usually I don't like to do that. But they seem to be promising us answers to all our questions. I'm nowhere near the stopping watching point now, but I will be happy if they give us an explanation for some of the WTF they've been pulling.

In other news, I finally talked to my best friend since I was seven today. First time we've actually spoken since 3 August. Which wouldn't be unusual at all for my days in England, we only spoke once a year or maybe twice then, but now we live 1/2 hour apart, it's not really good enough. We've been playing phone tag, and I'm not sure either of us thought we'd ever actually speak again.

Totally! I agree with you on pretty much all points. I think next week might help tie a lot of this together, and I totally agree that if it doesn't, I hope they do something about that soon because it's getting kinda sloppy. I'm worried that the strike could mess with the original plan for how to tie up all the loose ends that were opened up this season though...

West totally needs to die... or at least go far, far away never to return ever again even in anyone's wildest nightmares. Really hate him... And Claire is largely acting way dumber than I thought she ever could, given her behavior in season 1... 16 or not, it's getting stupid...

But I'm glad that Peter has at least some of his memory back... And I'm not too enthusiastic about the whole amnesia thing to begin with... I hope it ends soon, so he can get on with it already...

<3 Mo... even when he's being schizo... But especially <3 Matt and <3 Molly... I love these three - really, I do.

I'm glad peter is getting his memory back too. And I quite liked the scene and montage with Angela. I do feel like we've been dragging this out WAY too long though. Enough already. Get Peter the hell back to New York and let's MOVE. If they were using all this delay to develop character or something I wouldn't mind, but it's not. It's just making everyone act all out of character and adding unneeded complications.

Exactly!

I liked the montage as well. I really didn't like Angela's character last season, but they've really rounded her out in recent episodes. I think it might be their most successful development this season.

That place was worthy of the Winchesters, like, wow.

Finally! A fandom I not only enjoy but can relate to!

I'm still waiting for the story line to get better. It is so all over the place. Although I still love li'Hiro and Andor. They're just so adorable together! I don't wanna know how Andor dies! Really I can live without that information.

But I nearly squeeeed like a crazy fangirl when Nathan leared Peter was still alive! *insert brother!incest kink here* Hehe, I was enjoying Nathan's longer hair look, sans that god awful grizzle man beard! UGH! I couldn't stand his Johnny Mnemonic haircut. Grow that razor stubble out man! Speaking of the brothers Petrelli, I cannot wait for next weeks episode! ^^

Ando dies? either I missed something or you're whispering spoilers. *puts fingers in ears and sings the la la la song*

I desperately want Peter to just get the hell back to Nathan. And just get this season GOING!

I haven't watched the entire episode yet, but the repugnance of West gets less bearable every week. I cringe everytime I see him - instant gag reaction. And I could not agree with you more about Claire and how they are effing up the female characters. ARGH!!

I was initially hoping that viewed as a whole, this season would ultimately be worthwhile - but with the writer's strike I have doubts - also the things I heard about how they didn't have a real plan for this season anyway and were going to do viewer polls to decide where the story goes? Which I thought was an intensely stupid idea.

Sigh.

I am losing my love, week by week somewhat. Which is upsetting, given how much I adore the first season. They've got so much great stuff to work with... I am still totally willing to give it more time, but I'm starting to get impatient.

Being unspoiled, I spent about five to ten minutes immediately post-episode stomping around and sputtering. At first the OMGWTF over KenseiIsAdam, and then yes, I was right there on the "can West die now?" train. Just... ugh.

Heroes: Televised Mindfucks since 2006.

I too have been completely unspoiled, but I've also never believed that SarkDavid was Kensei, so I've always assumed he had another role to play. I've always thought that Hiro had always gone back in time and was always Kensei. So he wasn't fucking up the time thread, it was all inevitable. I also had completely forgotten about any 'Adam' so seeing him turn up was just, yeah.

But West, for sure, is annoying the hell out of me.
