Thanks to the fabulous snippits of zombies I've been getting from
tigertrapped, I decided I needed a zombie movie. I thought it was going to have to be the proto-zombie movie, 28 Days Later as that's all I have in my collection. But lo and behold, I found Dawn of the Dead. 2004 version. I have seen the original, way back in probably 1988, but I love the remake too.
I'd forgotten quite how much. There's some brilliant casting, a great mix of what was good about the original and what I like about modern horror films. Which, to be truthful, isn't all that much. I've kind of lost my taste for them in recent years. But this one is still great.
And Sarah Polley rocks my socks. I'm now wondering whose DVD this is. If it's B's or our friend Simon's. Either way, I'm glad it was here.

I've got a zombie musical porno called 'Revenge of the Living Bi-Dolls'. Something for everyone in that one!
