laughing myself sick

lokte and I had some confusion about some of the actors and characters in Teen Wolf. I keep remembering it and laughing to the point that I feel dizzy.
I said something about how I obviously could not be certain, but it seems like Holland and the guy who plays Peter are actually dating/fucking/whatever. L said something about the age difference, and I said that it's not much more than ten years. Then she saw a picture of the two of them, and was like OH. I THOUGHT YOU MEANT MR. ARGENT. and I was like WHAT OH MY GOD NO. THAT WOULD BE... UGH. NO. NO. NO. and we laughed a little, and moved on.
A bit later, she said, I never remember Mr. Argent's name, and I said, It's GERARD, how can you forget that? (given she's a HUGE and long-standing MCR fan)
at which point she looked HORRIFIED and started laughing and gasped out, I MEAN ALLISON'S DAD. NOT GERARD. and then I started laughing and we couldn't stop.
and then we discovered that Allison's dad is only a few years older than I am, and I got :/ but then we remembered that this is the never-ending misunderstanding conversation and I lol'd again.
idk. you probably had to be there. but I am going to end up curled in a ball of helpless mirth at like 2 am if I don't share this, so there you go.
