I loved this. A really clever crossover although I know next to nothing about Garden State. Favourite lines:

She’d managed to make an impression on him at a time in his life when almost nothing did.

and, even better:

As Buffy stood on the edge of the crater where her home and her hell once stood

Neat, clever and touching.

Thank you so much. I was a little worried about crossing these two because they are so differently fan based. (though I am a huge fan of both so I am not sure why I think that.) But I was just going to do Garden State and there was Buffy.

I'm glad you liked it. It's always gratifying when people I admire lots give me good feedback :D

Do you know if there is going to be a way for us all to easily see what everyone has written?

I think [livejournal.com profile] delgasersca said something in her original post about providing a link to the fic in a comment to her lj post so she could see them all? I imagine she'll compiled a full list at some point - she's very organised like that!
