I know you're from the Bay Area, but before I go off to read, I just wanted to point how unexpectedly awesome it was to see a beach in my hometown used as the fic's banner. <3

No apologies; I'm so glad it made you happy! That's one of my favorite pics I've ever taken and I used to look at the original when I was living in England and feeling homesick.
