It has been driving me CRAZY for weeks, wondering where I knew the woman in the TMobile ad with the eleven bulldogs named Steve from.
Then, tonight, I wasn't watching, only listening, and it's Veronica's mother from Heathers.
Oy.
and only changing the subject slightly, I have to say again, the Watchmen ad is made of sex.

Yep, can't argue with that. They've certainly made them compelling, and I don't usually have any desire to see movies like that.

Oh YESSSSSS. Dude, I can't wait to see this movie. I'm scared I can't handle the comics, much as I love comics, because I'm told they're very dark and depressing and EEF, they're long. But a couple hours of it in a movie? A couple of hours of eef is going to be FANTASTIC. :D

For some reason I cannot wrap my head around how graphic novels and comics work. like I can't process words and pictures at once or something. I don't know what it is. But I love comics movies. I've not seen a few of the latest darker ones, like Sin City, but I enjoyed V for Vendetta, and I think this one looks right up my alley! Story and people in super-suits! :D

That aside, my friends and I used to quote Heathers all the time, we watched it over and over again. I had such a crush on Christian Slater. Though my favorite movie with him from that time period was Gleaming the Cube. Oh skater!Christian. :)

And my very favourite movie that he was in was the Legend of Billie Jean, but that was much less about Christian and much more about Billie Jean (and a little about Helen)
