I had an amazing time in Joshua Tree yesterday, though the desert is exhausting! I slept for 11 hours last night. It could be that LA is exhausting too, though :D

I'm falling farther and farther behind with all things LJ, though I am managing to read more than I'm managing to comment on. I hope that you will all forgive me! I miss coiledsoul and glendaglamazon already, but am looking forward to seeing loveflyfree this evening. And tomorrow that giant hole in the ground! :D

I'm feeling a lot more sanguine (and now I have "It means hopeful. And also, bloody." in my head) about living out of my car than I'd expected, though it's only been a week, so we'll see how that goes. I spent last night in a motel room that would make the set designers on SPN weep. Nothing of any interest at all, unless you count the mildew in the shower as decoration. But it was only $40 for the night, and the A/C worked, so I'm not complaining. ( pictures here )
