attention English/British flisters

Ok, so I was reading a book about misunderstandings this evening, and it assured me that in England, 'pecker' is another word for chin. And so I shouldn't be alarmed if I hear someone say, "He stroked his pecker as he listened intently."

I never, not once in fifteen years, heard the word 'pecker' refer to anyone's chin. Was I just talking to the wrong people? Is this something I missed? Or did this author get the wrong memo? (or was someone just pulling his pecker?)

Thoughts? Opinions? Am I the only one alarmed by the thought of someone stroking his pecker while he listens? (unless he's having phone sex. with someone NOT me.)
