SFSU has finally let me declare my intent to register. So I can now officially say I have been accepted to uni, and so long as I give them money and proof that I've had my MMR vaccines, I can go to school in the 'fall.'

I had to prove I'd had MMR vaccines as well when I was applying for my EMT Intermediate licensure.

Yay! Welcome back to the world of studentdom. It's great. When I asked for an MMR jab at the GPs before going to med school, I got a very funny look from the practice nurse who was reluctant to give it to me as I was over the age of four. *g*

Interesting about the vaccines - I hadn't heard of that requirement for a uni before.

As far as I know, students get fuck all in the US. They get discounts here.

If you are 18 or under you need to have proof of having been vaccinated against Hep B as well, but for some reason not if you're over 18.
