Famke gives good bitch. I first got ensnared when I saw her in "The House on Haunted Hill". Which, I will freely admit, I got for Geoffrey Rush, but they make a really cute, snarky couple.

Jean Gray doesn't do it for me. Too squeaky clean. (Although I haven't seen X3 yet, and I understand that's more like it....)
