Ooh, very nice indeed! I really liked the note from Lexa, you managed to really imbue that character with personality even though we never even see her. Cam needs Lexa to come into town and kick her ass once in a while, methinks! Maybe then she'd be less annoying.

I also really liked the House/Wilson relationship seen through Cam's eyes - one of my favorite Housefic motifs is Cameron Gets a Clue, as someone mentioned before. And the more suffering involved with that clue-getting, the better! What I really liked here was how you showed that cruelty can be kinder than compassion, and compassion can be crueller than kindness. What I mean is that Wilson's compassion was nearly her undoing, as she was about to melt into a little crying puddle and embarrass herself even more. But House's cruelty let her turn her sadness into rage and get herself the holy hell out of there, which House well knew would be her reaction. Anyway I don't know if that's what you were going for, but that's what came across to me. And I think it's perfectly IC for both House and Wilson to behave like that.
