rivers_bend at 06:29pm on 06/02/2010 under cookingI failed completely to write today, but I did manage to do four loads of laundry, clean up the house, and make a pot of soup that turned out to be amazing. And really easy. I made it up, and am horrible at remembering what I did, so I'm putting it here for posterity.
I made it in the slow-cooker, but I am sure it would work just fine in a pot or in the oven.
