rivers_bend at 06:07pm on 01/07/2006 under original fictionYesterday was my mom's birthday. I didn't know what to get her so I thought I would write her a story. The plot bunny that came to me involved my memories of going to visit my grandmother when I was a little girl. But my grandmother (her mother) died at the beginning of June. And I didn't want to make her too sad.
I wrote ( this )anyway and sent it to her. And it made her cry but it made her happier than it made her sad. Which made me happy.
