the thought of Wilson sleeping with Cameron just gives me hives. I think because for some reason I imagine that hurting House more than any other people (than Stacy) Wilson could sleep with. Not because House wants Cam, but because she is the only other person who in any way acknowledges wanting House (besides Wilson, I mean). So she had to turn him down. Because otherwise there might be vomit in my keyboard ;)

and yes. Wilson always, always comes back to House. Certainly in my canon :)
